You Are Strong Enough For All You Need

How many of us feel that others are stronger than we are? We are envious of them, we admire their strengths and wish we were as strong as they are. Guess what… We are just as strong as they are, we just do not realize it. We all see and admire others when they accomplish something.

Today I was looking through Facebook almost feeling like a stalker. I looked at people I used to know but am not friends with anymore and in all honesty, I use to be embarrassed about most of my relationships and how they didn’t last. I felt like I was always the blame for things not going as well as I wished them to be and always thought, what could I learn from these relationships that would make the next one better. I blamed myself when in all honesty, the blame was on both of us. We both wanted something different. While looking through Facebook I learned of all the strong people who walked away from a relationship that could not change or was in a relationship that was just “a relationship of convenience.” We lose ourselves because we have never found ourselves.

I’ve always been strong enough to walk away from relationships that tends to make me not feel strong, but weak. What I lacked in relationships was my strength to believe in myself, to stand up for what I wanted. Again, the relationships that broke where both of our faults.

Most of us don’t feel as though we are strong enough to survive without someone in our life to help us get through life. Our strength develops when we realize we need to learn from within and find who we are and what we really want, “from ourselves.” This means we need to explore within and learn what truly makes us happy, not what makes life easier where we just go with the flow.

We all need time to find out who we are when we feel as though life is devouring us while starting to wonder why we even exist. We CAN stand up for ourselves because we are strong enough. What I want everyone one to take away from this post is…Everyone who feels weak and feels as though they have to have someone tell them what to do……Please take time out to work on your strength and your happiness. Your strength is within you and you truly do not need to dig deep, it’s right there begging you to let it out and protect you and push you to enjoy your life at its fullest.

When you believe in your strengths, you will be amazed at what you can achieve in your life.

Trust the Journey and Take Control.
