You don’t need anyone to tell you, change is good. You know this, but change is scary to some people. Change is huge, but oh so rewarding.

I hear so many people say, “I wish I would have,” What stopped you? What feelings hold you back? Are you worried about what people will think of you, judge you, or laugh at you? Boy have I been there. What is sad is, why is it ok for movie stars, athletes, or just famous people to do silly fun things and when we do these funny things….Our friends wonder, “what were they thinking” or “That was so immature of her/him to do that!” What age do you have to be to dance and make people smile in the streets…I say there is no age limit, kids are cute when they dance, elderly (and how old is elderly?) dancing in the streets is cute, but what about middle age……I always wonder if I put on music from my phone and started dancing in the streets, would I be considered a tad unstable, or would people look at me and smile wanting to do the same thing deep down inside but too embarrassed to do it. Whooooooo Caressssss I say.

I love being funny and making people laugh. It has dawned on me that I shouldn’t care what others think of me, and why is that you may ask, It’s because we live once and we should live the life that makes us happy. If I want to do something funny and post it on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or what ever social media I choose, If it makes me happy and makes one person happy looking at it, I win and that fills my heart.

An important life lesson is that we can’t worry about what people think of us, we only have one shot at this life of ours. Don’t be what others want you to be, experience what you want to experience, don’t judge others for their way of living their life. Make life fun, don’t judge, love life, and make life exciting, loving life doesn’t have to cost an arm and leg….it’s all about living with a smile and open heart!!
