Balancing Act

Having a Masters in Holistic Life Coaching is such a blessing. I learn every day about things in my life that I either learn from or have Ah Ha moments with. Balance is highly important in everyone’s life. We all need balance with our mental health, emotional health, physical health and spiritual health. When I say spiritual health, this can be any belief one may have, a higher power, or even a higher being in yourself.

Balance can change daily. Life changes, which changes our balance. I love talking about balance in one’s life. I never had balance growing up, in my teen years, or up until recently. I am happy to say that I am able to balance out my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self more now than ever before in my life. I have to thank all my schooling as a counselor and my continuous classes to better my knowledge as a Holistic Integrative Life Coach. I love learning about myself, what works and what doesn’t work for me.

Remember, I like to remind everyone that we are all individualist and what works for one person does not always work for another. This is the beauty of being a life coach, helping others to achieve their goals is never the same, and that makes coaching fun and exciting. People need to make different adjustments in their life in order to create balance all while learning valuable lessons. Trial and errors are key in becoming balanced with life’s challenges. If any of you are like me….It took me decades to learn how to figure out my balances and about ten years of schooling. I still love learning new techniques and applying them to my daily life adventures.

Discovering and creating one’s life balance is a journey which never ends, but once we find that balance that works for us, we become empowered and what a great feeling that is. I have learned that balance helps achieve attainable goals, positive thinking (boy do we need that more than ever these days), and when we look in a mirror….we smile because we have found an attainable balance.

Our thoughts turn into emotions and if you find your emotions getting the best of you, look within and find out where you are becoming out of balance. Life is full of lessons and full of balancing acts, which we all can overcome.
