Teamwork is something we all need to work on every day. A team is two or more things working together to make something happen. The reason I say “things” instead of people is because teamwork happens every moment of every day. We get up and brush our teeth, my toothbrush and I are an amazing team (lol) I love brushing my teeth and have hardly ever had a cavity. This is because I work well with my toothbrush.
Teamwork happens in marriages. Without great teamwork, most marriages fall apart or split up. Relationships will only work when you work together. This is why listening and talking are an amazing team. Working together doing everything helps build amazing relationships and marriages. Friendships are the same way, working together to make one another feel the friendship is worthy and not one sided, build great friendships. No relationship, friendship, or marriage works when it is one sided.
Teamwork is awesome also at your place of employment. We have all experienced great teamwork and not so great teamwork where we have worked. Even if you are self-employed, you have to have great teamwork with tools you use, and the knowledge of doing your books properly to keep your business afloat. I have experienced not so great teamwork in everyplace I have worked. Just recently I experienced this very thing and when a team does not work together, they are not a team. I work with an amazing team now, we all work hard, laugh hard, encourage one another, and get our job done without being discouraged. I seriously love my job now because, we have an amazing team.
Teamwork is hard and something everyone has to work on to appreciate. I just exercised and realized that I wasn’t enjoying the exercise I was doing. I realized my exercise machine and I were just not working well together. So…what did I do…I realized that I didn’t have any music going. Once I added music to my team (me and my gym equipment), our team became a great one and I enjoyed it.
Everyone needs to work well with a team so we can enjoy life. Sometimes we need to eliminate team members/things to make life better and sometimes we need to add to our team. Let’s go back to bushing teeth. I love my toothbrush, that is…..until it doesn’t clean as well as I think it should. What do I do? I get a new one and life is so much better, or my toothbrush may just need new batteries and it begins to clean well again. Life is just like this….You need to see what is not working with your team and either replace items to make things better, add additional items to make the team better, or recharge yourself and see what can help make your team better.
Our life is all about teamwork.
