It’s Not Hard To Be Positive

Have you ever woke up and thought, “Today is going to be a great day?” I have to tell you….My alarm goes off Monday through Friday at 5:26 and it says,”It’s going to be an Amazing Day (with a red heart), and then it goes off again at 6am and says, “Yep….I GOT THIS.”

What’s really a bummer is when you get up, you’re feeling oh so good, and then you encounter your first negative person. That person who really doesn’t seem to understand that there are lessons we can learn from all those negative thought they spew out. If only that person could change their thought process. Trust me when I say, “We have all been there.” Some of us just take a tad bit longer to figure out life isn’t really that bad.

We have to train our mind to find the good out of the negative. Yes… That sentence really does make sense. Being negative is so easy, because we’ve trained out mind that it’s easier to complain than to be thankful. I’ve been there. I still find myself with negative thoughts, but that is how I learn to be positive. When I have a negative thought, I try to think of something positive I can gain from it. There are always lessons from a negative thought or event.

Think about your event or thought and then put yourself in someone else’s place. Would your negative though be a different thought process with a less fortunate person? I grew up in a not so great life, but I persevered and pushed pass many obstacles. Although I’ve had my ups and downs, I have learned so many valuable lessons.

We have overcome everything we have encountered that was unpleasant and negative. What we need to do with these negative events and/or thoughts is to LEARN from them. Life is a lesson…millions of lessons….Negative events and thoughts are amazing and wonderful lessons, but keep them to yourself, there is no reason to state them out loud to ruin other’s day. Learn from these negative thoughts and change your thought process to seeing the good instead of the bad…. Doing this will change your life and make it more enjoyable, not to mention… Less negative thoughts that you say out loud will ruin less people’s positive day. Just saying 😉
